Why drink distilled water?

With water becoming the next Acai, meaning I believe it’s the next trend in healthy drink alternatives to spend large amounts of money on, have you looked into distilled water?

It’s one of the cheapest potable water options out there, if not the cheapest. I found out about it through the advice of my guru on diet. But he wrote about it back in the 1920’s. Check out this link about how doctors recommend distilled water for optimal health.

Or, just read in for my personal favorite reasons to drink distilled over any other water.

First, it’s the only water that is not misleading when you call it by its name. Look up the compound, water, and you will find it is comprised of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. Nothing else. The minerals found in spring water got there because pure water is the strongest natural solvent and tips pieces of rock an sand into its flowing streams and springs. Spring Water. Hard Minerals.

Hard minerals are not something the body can absorb. If they were, we would eat fertilizer to absorb nutrients instead of fertilizer-supported foods like plants and fruits. Plants absorb hard minerals for nutrition. We eat plants to get access to those minerals in a way our bodies can absorb them.

Honestly I’m not a biology expert… Apparently pure water (distilled) helps to strip out calcification, toxic materials, rejected hard minerals an excess digestible materials. It’s like oil for a car engine. You don’t want to add in grit.

But why, oh why did they have to bottle it in PLASTIC?!

PS: you can also get pure water every time it rains, unless your rainwater is acid rain.
